Delighted to interview Zsuzsa Kecsmar of Antavo

Charlie Hills, our Managing Director and Head of Strategy, was delighted to be asked by the Wise Marketer Editorial Team to host Episode 12 of the “Women in Loyalty” interview series with Zsuzsa Kecsmar of Antavo, especially so as Mando-Connect are privileged to work with Antavo already, on the highly acclaimed BMW Inside Edge loyalty programme. The Women in Loyalty Series was launched in April 2021, designed to feature a series of video interviews featuring a global pool of executives who are influential in digital customer marketing today, and those that have made lifetime contributions to the art and science of customer loyalty throughout their careers. The conversations highlight their unique perspectives on loyalty marketing, how loyalty has evolved and where the greatest opportunities lie ahead. But more than industry talk, the talks also aim to get to the substance of these women. What types of journeys they have navigated. how they got their start, and where they have found their greatest sources of encouragement. They also cover the challenges facing women in the workplace today, the breakthroughs that have been personally experienced and their unique perspectives on the remaining obstacles that need to be cleared.

Zsuzsa Kecsmar is the Co-founder, CMO and Head of Partnerships of Antavo. Listed by Forbes as one of Europe’s top 100 female founders in tech, she is a former journalist recognized by the European Commission. Antavo is an Enterprise Loyalty Cloud, providing best-in-class technology to manage experience-based, paid, and lifestyle loyalty programs, currently working with BMW, KFC, Kathmandu, BrewDog and other global names. Leading the Marketing and Partnership divisions, Zsuzsa played an important role in growing the business from a startup into a scaleup, and now the company has arrived at a new chapter with 3x annual growth in 2021.
