This Spotlight Interview is with our fab Customer Service Administrator – Kate Sullivan

What’s your favourite part of your job?

I think for me, that would be the problem solving and then receiving positive feedback from the happy customers. The satisfaction when you’ve been able to solve an issue is a great feeling!

What is your biggest work achievement?

I had a great career in the Thames Valley Police and my biggest work achievement definitely occurred whilst there because I received a commendation for my contribution towards a drug operation run in the area. Not everyone can say that!

If you could manifest your future, where would you be in 20 years?

I’ll be 73 in 20 years (omg!) – so I would love to manifest and hope to be still healthy and loving life like I am now.

Also a house full of pugs would be a dream too!

What did you want to be when you were younger?

A Nurse.

Where’s your favourite place that you’ve travelled?

That’s an easy one – Florida. It’s like home-from-home and I’ve been going almost every year since my daughter was tiny. It’s a place that makes our hearts very happy.

What is your food heaven and food hell?

I think my food heaven would be Mexican or chicken burger (can’t get enough!).

My food hell is definitely Shellfish.

What has been your biggest achievement/proud of outside of work?

My daughter Milly!

If you could do anyone else’s job in this company for a day, whose would you do?

Lauryn‘s job (our Senior Design Executive) – she’s amazing at what she achieves and her design flare.

What is your favourite ever promotion?

Haha, love that question. It’s gotta be McDonald’s Monopoly of course!

What do you think sets Mando apart?

The Team, for sure. Mando is more a family than a workplace.

What song do you know all the words to?

Last Night a DJ Saved My Life by Indeep.

I love music and dance music, from all different years, is definitely my favourite.

Lastly, if you were a cocktail, which would you be?

Definitely a Pina Colada – always fun and happiest when sipping in the sun!
