This Spotlight Interview is with our fab Account Executive – Sophie Loweth.
How did your career start in Partnerships & Marketing?
At uni I studied a four-year degree in Marketing and Management of which I completed a 13 month internship in digital marketing and CRM at MINI (as part of the BMW Group). Through this I gained exposure into the world of marketing and got to collaborate on a myriad of different projects and partnerships, which has now led me to the role at Mando!
Who would be your dream brand to work with?
I’m a big F1 fan so it would have to be McLaren Racing or RedBull.
Could you tell us about a Loyalty Scheme/ Brand Partnership that you think is really impressive?
There are so many to choose from, but a standout brand partnership would have to be the Candy Kittens collaboration with Lime Bike for the product launch of Candy Kittens’ sour sweets. I thought this partnership was genius, leveraging the shared values of both brands and aligning their lime-flavoured sweets with a brand with similar associations as well as promoting sustainability.
What has been your biggest achievement/ most proud of outside of work?
One of my proudest achievements outside of work was gaining my ski instructor qualification during my gap year before uni. It was my first time away from home, with a new group of people and allowed me to pursue my love for skiing and turn it into a job.
If you could do anyone else’s job at Mando, whose would it be?
It would have to be Lauryn’s job as I love bringing a creative spin on things and use to study graphic design and photography so it would be cool to be able to put my skills back into practise.

What’s a fact about yourself that surprises people?
I have a twin brother.
What is the last box set you watched?
Slow Horses on Apple TV, it’s addictive!
What did you want to be when you were younger?
I’m obsessed with all things property and design so a interior designer or a property developer.
If you could have a new skill overnight what would it be?
Being able to speak another language as I love travelling.
If you could hop on a plane tomorrow, where would you go?
Probably New Zealand as it looks incredible, and I’ve heard amazing things about it.
